NDIS Registered Provider

Phoenix Entrepreneurs is a registered NDIS provider, independent of Wagly's general pet care marketplace. Phoenix issues your Service Agreement, employs and screens your support worker, manages your NDIS funding claim, and is the organisation responsible for your service from enquiry through to delivery and any incident reporting.

What this means for you

Support workers complete NDIS worker screening and orientation through Phoenix

NDIS funding is claimed and invoiced by Phoenix directly

Why is an NDIS service advertised on a pet care marketplace?

Wagly and Phoenix Entrepreneurs are related businesses. Wagly helps people find Phoenix's NDIS pet support service, but does not provide, manage, or get involved in the service itself.

Will I deal with a Wagly Pet Professional?

No. Support workers delivering this service are engaged, screened, and trained by Phoenix Entrepreneurs specifically for NDIS work. They are not Wagly Pet Professionals, even if the same person happens to do both.

Can I pay using my NDIS plan funds?

In many cases, yes — it depends on your current plan, your goals, your disability, and your remaining budget. Phoenix's team will talk you through this directly.

What if I don't have a pet?

For animal-assisted mentoring, Phoenix prefers to work with your own pet, but may be able to arrange a support worker with their own animal in some circumstances. Ask the team when you enquire.
